During my due diligence period I toured three different factories
in three different states. We went with Athens Park Homes because
of the quality and availability. The sales manager had the knowledge
and experience to set me straight when it came to the Park Model
Industry. That wowed me and my partners.
The units that we are using as sales models to show customers
have the customers all “Wowed” when they see them. One of

It has been almost one year since we purchased our Athens Park
Home to put on our lot in Fulton Beach. We love it and everyone
who visits us is totally impressed with it. We use it as our get-away
and go there most weekends. When we open the door, we are welcomed
by the comfort of our little “home away from home” and
the stress melts away. The high costs of building a house on our
lot were prohibitive so without our park model we wouldn’t
have been able to be enjoying the coastal area which we dearly
love.

I want you to know how much I am enjoying my Athens park model
home. I could not be more pleased with the unit. I have had no problems
with the home after the original installation was completed.
The workmanship is fantastic and everyone who sees it in my park
cannot believe the quality it possesses.
I enjoy living in my home and especially love the 8ft. front porch
and the ceiling fan. I stay on the porch and work on my computer
under the fan with a citronella candle to keep the bugs away. I love
the no maintenance for the exterior and porch and my wood floors
are terrific.
To sum it up, my park model is as fine as they come and I would
recommend it to anyone who can live like I do in the floor space
required to be an RV. Now that you are making models with more space,
I am sure that you will have something for everyone.
