Wow Factor!
During my due diligence period I toured three different factories in three different states. We went with Athens Park Homes because of the quality and availability. The sales manager had the knowledge and experience to set me straight when it came to the Park Model Industry. That wowed me and my partners.
The units that we are using as sales models to show customers have the customers all “Wowed” when they see them. One of my customers the other day told me about another builder’s park model. He explained that the other was an econobox and we have the luxury editions.

We need the unit’s layout to be mirrored opposite of the existing layout. We lovingly call our service team came and took care of the minor issues that needed to be fixed. First of all, let me say how impressed we have been with the quality of our home, the service of our dealer, and now the attention you gave us. We have been extremely vocal to our friends about the Athens homes and Valley Traveland.
As you may have already heard, the problem with our exterior walls was surface mold. When your repair crew came they were pretty sure that the cement board would not have leached the mold, however we were concerned due to the extremely high levels of water that leaked into the walls and the mold that would return within days after bleaching. Your crew removed two sample boards and found no mold on the inside. At my request they removed another board directly under the window that had leaked and found the insulation intact and dry. They then cleaned the surface and repainted it in addition to replacing our bedroom mirror and track and completing minor repairs caused by the water to our entertainment center. The crew was also professional and extremely friendly and should be commended for their efforts.
You run an extremely professional business and produce a quality product, but your service and customer attention should be the model for all other manufacturers who have chosen to cut corners and outsource to foreign countries. As a senior citizen, I remember when your business methods were the norm instead of the rarity that have become today.

It has been almost one year since we purchased our Athens Park Home to put on our lot in Fulton Beach. We love it and everyone who visits us is totally impressed with it. We use it as our get-away and go there most weekends. When we open the door, we are welcomed by the comfort of our little “home away from home” and the stress melts away. The high costs of building a house on our lot were prohibitive so without our park model we wouldn’t have been able to be enjoying the coastal area which we dearly love.

I want you to know how much I am enjoying my Athens park model home. I could not be more pleased with the unit. I have had no problems with the home after the original installation was completed. The workmanship is fantastic and everyone who sees it in my park cannot believe the quality it possesses.
I enjoy living in my home and especially love the 8ft. front porch and the ceiling fan. I stay on the porch and work on my computer under the fan with a citronella candle to keep the bugs away. I love the no maintenance for the exterior and porch and my wood floors are terrific.
To sum it up, my park model is as fine as they come and I would recommend it to anyone who can live like I do in the floor space required to be an RV. Now that you are making models with more space, I am sure that you will have something for everyone.
